A few creations

This was a group shot. Got Glazed ribs, Spring rolls, Shrimp toast (next to the spring rolls) and that small plop of goodness in the back right is my Lemongrass Chicken.

Honey, miso glazed Yellowtail w/ Coconut-lime sauce.


A work in progress for our final event: Seared Diver sea scallop and foi gras sandwich w/ passionfruit sauce and chicken julie' paired with a french onion soup dumpling...
